1. Am I required to be on a dining plan?
All first year resident students are required to be on the Traditional Plans which are the Platinum, Gold, or Blue Dining Plan.
2. What types of dining plans are available?

3. What are Dining Dollars?
Dining Dollars are tax free dollars associated with your dining plan that can be used for à la carte purchases at any of the on campus dining locations. Location include: Handschumacher Dining Center, Creese Cafe, Seasons, Starbucks, Taco Bell, ThirtyOne41, Chick-fil-A, Currito, Subway, Tsunami Sushi, Take3! and the Market. All Dining Dollars must be used by the end of each termAll Dining Dollars must be used by the end of each term except if you have a Traditional Plan from term to term.
4. What are Rollover Dollars?
Rollover dollars are when Dining Dollars associated with a Traditional Plan (Platinum, Blue or Gold) rollover term to term if a traditional plan is purchased for a consecutive term. Rollover Dining Dollars expire at the end of Spring Term.
5. Where can I sign up for a dining plan?
You may sign up for a dining plan at the

6. Where can I eat on campus?
Dining locations are conveniently located across campus. Meal swipes may be used at the Handschumacher Dining Center and Take3!, located in the Market at Northside Dining Terrace. Dining Dollars may be used at all dining locations.
7. How can I find out the daily menu for Handschumacher Dining Center?
The daily menu is available online at drexelcampusdining.com under the "Locations and Menus" tab. The daily menu is also availble on the DrexelOne app. (To download the DrexelOne app please visit the app store on your mobile device and search DrexelOne)
8. Can I change or cancel my dining plan?
Dining Plans cannot be changed or cancelled after the second week of each term. After the second week, plan cancellations may only be granted when the student officially withdraws from the University.

9. How do I keep track of my Dining Dollars? What should I do if my funds run low?
Each time you purchase a food or beverage on campus, your Dining Dollars remaining balance is displayed on the register. You may also ask a cashier at any time to tell you how many Dining Dollars are in your account.
If your funds are running low, you can purchase one of our Dining Dollar Plans:

10. Can I take food out of the Handschumacher Dining Center?
Take-Out is now available in the Dining Center. Ask the front desk for a take-out container, choose the items you want, make sure the lid closes and take your meal on the go.
11. How will my special dietary needs be accommodated?
Students who require a special diet due to allergies or medical reasons are asked to speak with the Office of Disabilities. (215-895-1401)
The Dietician is also available to assist students with any diet-related question or nutritional concern, such as:
- Health and Medical Dietary Needs
- Lifestyle and Religious Dietary Needs
- Food Allergy or Intolerances
- Weight-Control Diets
- Vegetarian and Vegan Diets (a full list of Vegetarian and Vegan items throughout campus can be found here.)
12. Does Drexel Campus Dining keep kosher?
Drexel Offers a Kosher Option dining plan, which includes dinner for Seder in April and kosher lunches and dinners from April 6th, 2012- April 14th, 2012. The Kosher Option dining plan cannot be canceled after January 10, 2012.* Call the Retail Management Office 215-895-6187 for more information.
Resident Students who keep a strict kosher diet and wish to be released from the required dining plan must contact Retail Management at 215.895.6187 prior to the beginning of the term.
13. Where can I find nutritional information for the food served on campus?
Nutritional information is available online per location by visiting the locations tab or on the DrexelOne app for your convenience. You may also speak with the Registered Dietician regarding any questions you may have.

14. What do I do if I have a problem, comment or suggestion?
Drexel Campus Dining welcomes your feedback and would love to hear from you! There are several ways that you may contact us. Most directly, we encourage you to TALK TO US!! Come visit us at the Concierge Desk located at the entrance of the Handschumacher Dining Center or speak to a Supervisor in any dining location. You may also complete the feedback form on-line.
15. Are catering services available to students?

16. Is there a dining plan for Graduate Students?
All of our dining plans are available to Drexel Graduate Students. View the dining plans page for additional information.
17. Can I use Dining Dollars to eat off campus?
Dining Dollars may only be used at on campus dining locations.
18. What should I do if I lose my DragonCard?
Immediately report the lost or stolen card to the DragonCard Office by calling 215-895-6095. The card will be deactivated to prevent unauthorized use. There is a $20 fee to replace your lost, stolen or damaged card. For additional information, visit http://www.drexel.edu/dragoncard/faqs.html.
19. Are there Vegan and Vegetarian dining options on campus?
Drexel Campus Dining offers a variety of vegetarian options at all locations. The Handschumacher Dining Center features a full salad bar and vegan/vegetarian station during breakfast, lunch and dinner.
